I teach ethical and effective communication in digital
People reach out to me when they want to make communication in the digital environment more effective. This objective usually forms when someone discovers that correspondence and meetings take too much time, yet they fail to bring the desired result.
I can:
- teach employees the rules of digital etiquette and digital hygiene as well as the basics of business writing;
- provide tools for working with difficult letters (cold offers, reminders about oneself, rejections, criticism, or response to criticism);
- help establish hybrid communications in a team.
